It's clearly a caricature of a 91 Z28.

Re: 3rd Gen on Bob's Burger's

meh, looks like a 82-84 z28 nose with a tape on hood scoop
it's definitely aimed at a thirdgen f-body mixed with about every other 80's era junker hatch back commuter car

i remember seeing this episode

god, I don't like that show.

I like the adult swim / Fox cartoons, but never liked that one. the characters and the animation suck.

my opinion, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

I think Turbo Teen was just as responsible for my F-body addiction as Knight Rider. What was cool is that the kid TURNED INTO the car.

Re: 3rd Gen on Bob's Burger's

I was born in 1980. I gobbled up anything 80's.

However, I can't watch Knight Rider for more than a few minutes now. Its just too darn cheezy for me. But I still love it, I just need it in small doses.

And I still love the two toned KARR more than KITT.

I watched that show when it was originally on. To be honest, the Super Pursuit Mode from the last season with all the spoilers popping out everywhere was the only thing stupid that I ever really hated. Of course, without the fancy computers they have today, some of the scenes were clearly filmed using a small model of the car.
