GTA Wheels??
Tell me if you think I should put GTA gold wire wheels on my car. I think they look cool and I hear that they weigh less than a stock camaro wheel. Is that True? If so, how much lighter? Give your opinion on these wheels on my car.

GTA wheels can look good on just about anything & do look good on a camaro. The weight diff may be there,, but I'd say it's not worth anything to talk about,, i've got 91-92 Z wheels & GTA and just from changing tires,, I couldn't tell you wich weighs more,, but I'd have to say it's not much (at least to really matter) between the 2.

No... but the car looks good minus the gold.
Make some cast wheels... what about the black version of those wheels.

Here is what silver ones look like on a T/A,
They are silver cuz I stripped the paint off to paint the black again.

I used to have the silver GTA wheels on my Z-28 and I thought that I would like them. After a little while I started to hate them. I didn't like the looks anymore and I hated cleaning the stupid things. It sucks to try and get the brake dust out of them. I think they look killler on firebirds, formulas, and GTA's but they're not for me. Oh, another thing...Everyone used to ask why I had firebird wheels on a Camaro. I wanted to tell them off everytime they said something like that. I would get compliments on my car but they would say they didn't like the wheels. Probably cause they always looked dirty. Anyway, to each his own.

While I do love the black GTAs, I think the 91-92 Z28 wheels look best on a '92 Z28 1LE.... not to mention the fact that it would be keeping it stock as well.
The only GTA style I like are the black ones, for some reason the gold ones just don't hit me aswell... and even though they do look good on a Camaro, they are made for Trans Ams...
I've got a set of 91-92 Z28 wheels with white trim that I am planning on stripping and then polishing. I think the silver 91-92 wheels look much better, and brake dust problems help me to back that up.
All in all, you have a sweet car, it will look badass with whatever you decide to go with!!! It's your car!

Does anyone make aftermarket GTA rims? I know my car would look nice w/ GTA rims. Anyone suggest a good price on a set and where I could get them?

I agree with what someone else said earlier though. The GTA Rims are nice looking but don't put them on a Camaro, there made for Firebird's,GTA's,and T/A's. Just my thought on it.

6-speed. did you ever think of repainting the wheels. the crosslace wheels on my grand prix (same as GTA wheels, but w/FWD Bolt Pattern and +25mm offset) looked like crap silver (always looked dirty) so I repainted them black. now, I actually get lots of compliments about how great the car looks, esp. the wheels.
