I just don't get it...... Girls are no longer impressed with Camaros. Well at least around here, they're all about the stupid imports. I bought this car thinking, "yeah, this car's gonna get me laid", but it's not. I know I still need to work on it, but it really is a nice car. Well I guess as soon as I beef up my Camaro and start beating those imports, I'll get the ladies attention.

I didn't just buy my car to get laid, that would be a plus though, I really do love camaro's. If you went to my site and looked at my first Camaro, you'd see that I didn't buy a camaro to get laid.

If I wanted to get laid, I would have paid the $50 and went to Indy for a night. Its much cheaper. I see your point though. I like your idea also. Beat up on the imports. Either you will be seen as a g0d, or ignored.

Get yourself some nice exhuast so they can hear you coming and they will like the way it rumbles too Go beat up on some imports and the girls worth anything will come your way. If they stick with the imports after you prove you have a better car, assuming you dont have huge rust holes or different shades of paint, then they aren't worth it anyways.

I raced an Import when girls were around. The kids tip was LOUD and thats all they talked about. We raced, and they were laughing and said "Wow, we couldnt even hear your car over that camaro".

Got my car b/c A Trans Am will always be my car and i was born wanting one. My g/f hates my car but understands that it is one of the love's of my life (SAD!!) She does like it when i beat other cars in races though. but as far as gettin a car to get some, thats not a real good way to go about it IMHO

The 87 camaro of mine kinda got girls but not really they liked the look and the rumble of the exhaust but the LG4 was so slow when i got beat by a stock mitsubishi galant it was when i realized i needed a fast car so i bought the '76 and my girlfriend loves my car, the car is loud and very fast, she loves it when i race imports and other domestics and beat them, don't get beat too often, i try to race cars that have a nastier sounding cam then mine, most often its a close race which is always fun. The only downside to a loud, fast, car is the stink of the exhaust, the '76 has no smog equipment on it whatsoever, i need some of that stuff from jegs that you put in your gas tank and your exhaust smells like apples haha :lala:

My gf HATES ***** cars...she HATES the tricked out Honda's and the such....she thinks all of those cars are pure gayness...as do I. One night over the summer, me and her were going out to dinner in the C5...and along came a ***** Honda...all tricked out, body panels, exhaust, wheels, glow gauges, the works...so he pulls aside me with his white trash gf in the passenger seat in the pass lane(i was in the middle lane) and revs his engine...since i dont have an exhaust on the C5 yet, I dont rev mine...I just look at my gf and look back at him and smile, and drop it into 4th gear and take off like a rocket...I pretty much s**tted all over that car of his....I left him waaaaaaaaay back...all i could see was his headlights far away. Later on, he catches up to me on the highway again, still in the pass lane. This time, i let him pass me, but I chase his stupid @$$. You could hear him winding out his car, and I still had plenty of pedal left as I was riding his @$$ down the highway...the whole time I was saying out loud "come here little Honda...come here....where you goin?? I thought you wanted to race....come here..." My gf and I were hysterical laughing. It was one of the best experiences I have had with my C5...:lala:I wish my Thirgen could perform like this...alas, someday though, it will

It really depends on the age of the girl. Unfortunately, most of your teeny-boppin pimple poppin 15-19 year old girls are going to be into rice. Cuz for some unexplainable reason that's what so many teenagers want. But once you get into girls in their 20's, back when they were in high school, everyone had f-bodies, g-bodies and fox bodies. And also, girl in her 20's, grew up in the 80's, two words..... Knight Rider! So yeah, they're gonna dig domestic muscle.

Beating ricers hoping to get laid is a little rediculous. Around here the ricers won't come near the formula. Either they don't think its worth their time cause they dont' know how it performs, or they're afraid to get beat. Either way about the only cars that ever pick races with the formula are mustangs, and the occassional SSEi or 3800 SC Grand Prix.

i noticed that after i bought my first bike that girls were always asking me for rides and if they could sit on it, but i still get compliments on my car (91'z burgandy) as long as i keep it clean.

my girlfriend loves her camry, but i let her drive my car one day and she loved the handling, power and the much louder stereo

Girls base their decisions heavily on what is considered popular. You need to remember that. As they get older, much of that changes.

Now on a side note, since my car has been painted I've had 5 girls interested in talking to me. But I have a girlfriend, so it's useless.

My brother on the other hand drives a 99SS, and he practically beats down the women. He's also appeals to a older group. I've never heard anyone say they don't like his car.

When my GF was 15 she wanted to be a profesional drag racer because she heard her neighbor start up his Cutlass that he raced. She is 28 now, and still has a place in her heart for racing. Definetly a keeper!!

Around here, its pretty much "rice or no dice". I did, how ever, smoke this one (of many) ***** one day, and his girl waved at me at the next stop light, after I whooped his azz all over the place... that was a pretty damn good feeling! Other than that, girls around here arent impressed by real cars, at all.

If your not drivin a Rustang, or a *****, blastin rap you can hear from 2 blocks away, sittin so low you cant see the road, and wearin one of those gay visor hat things tilted to the side, no one bothers to even look twice ... except the people who know, and respect real cars, and real music(rock)! :lala:

Ok, I think I'll add my .02...

Seems like attractin' females with these cars has a little to do with where people are located... being in CA, I'll make my comments about what I see out here...

From my experience, the criteria that girls use when judging how "cool/sexy" a car is, falls under two areas: exterior appearance and interior appearance...

Girls out here don't give a **** about how much horsepower your car puts out, or that it's a V8, or that you can burn the tires till they pop at a stop sign.... they have no interest in that whatsoever... all they care about is how nice the car looks on the outside, and how comfortable, clean and nice the interior is...

This is the sole reason why rice draws more attention from the women, because it's ALL for show... it looks nice and expensive, and that's what they care about, they see it as status, something they want to be seen in....

This also applies to muscle cars, but let's face it, there are a HELL of a lot more ***** cars driving around than beautiful muscle cars... therefore they are considered more popular by the ladies... I know there are exceptions to this, but I'm talkin' about the majority here...

My IROC is in very nice condition and I try my hardest each weekend to keep it flossy, not so much for the women (although I do take that into consideration), but because I love the car.

I get looks from girls all the time when I cruise around town, but I won't BS here... I think given a choice, 1/2 the girls I see would choose a rice rocket over my car based on the fact your average ***** "looks" more expensive...

Again, this isn't to say we muscle boys don't get women lookin' over at us and jockin' what they see, cuz it's damn sure they do, I'm just talkin about trend here...
