Arent those the pillars that actually hold the spoiler to the trunk lid? Because the outer edges of the spoiler just rest on the quarterpanels when the trunk is down.

"Wasn't a production car"... hence the concept part of concept IROC-Z.

Seeing as how the concept was out fifteen years before the video game, I think you're the one living in a video game world.

erebuni used to offer that spoiler at the low low price of $309 haha but since then they've taken it off their product lineup gee i wonder why? I actually like the look and i think it would compliment my ram air 2 hood but i'm not spending that kind of money on a spoiler

oh yeah here ya go dan http://www.camaroz28.com/articles/wi...en/index.shtml

I'm having my factory one widened a little bit and straightened that way it matches the curve of the quarter panels and follows the line of the quarter panel

I think it's cool without the hirise posts. If you lowered it just right, put some 18's on it, and do it just right, it would be the best of both worlds look to it. Almost like a domestic "sport compact" mix that some people already kinda go for. I wanna see more pics if anyone has that spoiler, cause honestly the posts in the middle are the one thing I don't like about the hi rise

not to hijack this thread, but i was wondering if ne1 has modified a hi rise to fit a firebird properly by cutting and 'glassing to widen it an inch so it can flow with the rear qtrs like the camaro.

jeez... before yelling search at someone you should make sure you READ what they're looking for. Neither of those links addresses modifying a hi-rise spoiler so it matches the wider fenders of a firebird.
