aggressive look

Hey everyone, I've been posting a number of threads lately due to the fact that I am getting money together to give my car the look that I want. I'm young, so I am just saving for cosmetic mods. Anyway, I have always wanted a muscle car that looks very mean and in you're face, if that makes any sense. I love the color black, but I am not a fan of knight rider (no offense to those that are, its still a great car) and I want to get as far away from the KITT stigma as I can. So far my ideas are to get a harwood 3" cowl hood, an 82-84 front bumper with body colored inserts, a golden hood bired with pin stripes, and possibly an MSE Trans am aero wing spoiler. I will be buying a much more potent engine down the road to back up the look. I am extemely interested in other people's opinions on how to achieve a mean road warrior look. I would really appreciate any feedback I can get. Thanks!

Re: aggressive look

My cars not a Formula/Firebird so I don't know if this helps but I think mine looks aggressive. I found a link you should look at. Scroll to the bottom of the thread and check out these two "Birds" https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/body...n-ram-air.html

Re: aggressive look

Wheels/Tires/Stance are everything when it comes to a mean-*** look.

Tough looking wheels with drag radials or some agressive street rubber. Then lower with sportlines or other noticable drop springs.

Re: aggressive look

You're IROC does look very mean! lol it's funny that you suggested that thread, because I happen to be the one who posted the question . I haven't checked the replies for awhile, so I didn't see the Bandit II that someone posted a picture of. Those both look very good. I love the hood chickens, but I am not sure how I would go about making one fit correctly with the cowl hood. I do want something on the hood to balance out the factory louvers I have on the back.

Re: aggressive look

WOW! that Trans am looks amazing 86TA!. Plus it has that 408 stroker to back up the cowl hood. Is that the same car that TandL engines featured on their website?

me? seriously, if you can fit something wider than the 335 thats on the rear now, be my guest. Thats wide enough for me.

but for the op, a good meaty rear tire will add to the look.
