Do you know how hard it would be for him to take the fenders and bumper off as an assembly? The hood would have to come off first. I'm thinking that mite be a good way for him to go. It's a shame he doesn't have more experience. Then the complete nose could be sat back on with only a few bolts if he had to drive it to the shop.

it will be easy to take it apart but he'll need tools.
1. take hood off remove the hinges from the fenders not just the hood
2. remove the plastic wheel well
3. take a 3/8 air ratchet with extensions to gain access to the screws that hold the nose to the fenders
4 .remove the screws that hold the header panel to the radiator support and the nose will come off with the headlights attached,
at last remove the screws on the rocker panel and door jambs and the fenders come off
but yea lil more experience and tools and he would be able to fix it up by himself... it looks like a piece of cake fix.
i would be more worried about structural damage if the rad support was damaged and windshield would have cracked

Re: crashed drifting car doing bout 40-60? need repair help
i've seen jobs done in tijuana when people want to save a couple bucks thats the only reason i said dont do it i believe i also said if u know the shop reputation then go ahead....
as for ur analogy, well the mexican down the street lives close to u so if anything is wrong than ull just go there and have him fix it, the mexican in mex lives far so if u had to go back there's ur 350 on gas and food for the 2 trips u had to make buddy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
for the pics im able to see them on my phone and my two computers, something might be wrong with urs or ur internet connection
