Will 15s fit the PBR rears?
At the bottom of T/A Creations page about wheels they say "All 15" Wheels : Will not fit on 89 and newer rears with aluminum calipers, as the rear caliper interferes with the inside of the wheel."
Does anyone know this to be true? I just picked up a set of 15" Z28 wheels and a PBR rear setup. It would kind of suck if they don't work together.

Re: Will 15s fit the PBR rears?
It was tight for me even with 16"s im sorry to say. Then again i found out it was the later irocs that were slightly different in design and the earlier ones have more room. But as far as 15s working with pbrs im going to say no unfortunatly. You can try it and find out but i think if you go that brake route your going to end up getting a set of 16x8s at some point.

Re: Will 15s fit the PBR rears?
i have the 11.65 PBR brakes off of a 95 Trans am. I have 15in 1991 RS rims and my rims fit just fine. You can fit the 12in LS1 brakes with grinding, but yours should fit just fine. As long as you have like 3cm of space you should be good. I think i have somewhere like 2-3cm.

15" Cragar SS wheels will not fit without grinding the calipers alittle bit.

I have the pbrs on my 86 with the original z28 rims and they fit just fine. I got some 15 in steel wheels for burnouts and they did not fit over the brakes.

Re: Will 15s fit the PBR rears?
I took some draglites off an '87 iroc WITH PBR brakes and they fit fine on that one and then they dragged on my '89! So I had to grind the fins down on the calipers go figure, had to take the bumpstops off and do some grinding too. Also you can't pull the ebrake either!
