9 Bolt PBR's on a 10 bolt?
I used the search and could not come up with an answer. Will my 9 bolt 1989 PBR's swap over to a 10 bolt 82 to 92 drum type rear? I'm tired of the 9 bolt parts chase and I need to keep a "Stock" 82 to 92 diff for my racing class but I want to keep my PBR's. Thanks.

they will swap over but you will need the pbr backing plates and possibly shims. The ten bolt center diameter of the center hole is larger than the nine bolt and the bolt hoe pattern is different. Dyno don listed That he has a set of the backing plates. the second link the picture is incorrect on the backing plates they are the early iron caliper brackets.

I believe the no-hassle brackets fits both 9- and 10-bolts.

From my experience, after you place an order it can take 1 to 6 weeks to recive the parts. Though the chances about getting him on the phone are about impossible.
Personally I prefer the "O.E." backing plates set up http://www.flynbye.com/catalog/i29.html over the "Hassle free drum rear disc conversion" plates.
I did the conversion about a year ago https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/brak...m-o-e-j65.html
