90 RS Camaro 350 TBI $1900
I bought this car to fix up but have lost interest. If it doesnt sell, I will part it out. It is a 90 RS Camaro. It is an original 305 car, but now has a tbi 350.
The good: Brand new 350 tbi. Motor has just been rebuilt. Stock rebuild 350. Has 2 miles on the motor. Runs strong, starts easy. Transmission has 60k miles on a rebuild. Shifts great. A/C blows cold, good tires, all heater/ a/c controls work, Power seats, power windows, power rear hatch, all work. New headliner installed. Solid exhaust. hatch shocks work great, no rust in body. Ground effects are solid. Interior is in decent shape, the rear seat backs are alittle faded and there are some minor tears in the front seats.
The bad: Has front driver's side damage. Recently estimated at $400 to repair. Check in pics. Steering box needs replacing. Gears were damaged when wrecked. Some minor dents in both doors, both rear quarter panels (behind the door glass) are dented, and the driver's side quarter has some bondo cracking out. The tilt steering column is alittle loose. Car has 171k miles on it. driver's side spoiler piece is alittle loose.
I have all the pieces from the front of the car. Just removed them to check the damage. The fender needs replacing. The side ground effect is fine. The front fascia is reusable, but I would get a new one. The other headlight mount is cracked but useable. Hood has no damage.
Need to try to get $1900 out of it. There is over $1000 in just the motor. Is this reasonable? Or should I just start parting out?
