1988 IROC
1988 IROC for sale. 305, auto, 75,000 miles . I am not into sales hype just an honest discription of an honest unmolested car. Paint is an older respray in OEM color and stripe. Car runs and drives as you would expect at these miles. I have not carfaxed it but car was checked over thoroughly by person who works in body shop and he said he would guess that it was a clear coat peel issue as no signs of damage repair and due to the age of the paint. Car is bone stock other than muffler. New brakes, new injectors, new valve seals and intake manifold gaskets last year. Entire AC system new last year. New power antenna last year. New fog light assemblies last year. New tune up last year, new MAF last year. No SES light, no codes. Interior is very good, perfect dash pad, drivers seat has the typical wear spots from sliding inand out. OEM floor mats are in place. Trip odometer does not work and tach is stuck at 4K. Exterior of car has typical parking lot damage, typical stone chips and typical nose blemishes but cleans up well. Drivers side T top drips. Car is clean underneath and under the hood. Perfect driver quality IROC that you can enjoy without fear of putting a few miles on it or a stone chip. Complete set of GM manuals. No surprises, no dissapointments and I believe priced right at $7900. Having difficulties posting photos and zero talent with camera sorry. I will add later or text or email them if you PM me, thanks for looking

Re: 1988 IROC
Thanks guys, I have put a lot into it so as to have it operate exactly as new and fixed many minor anoyances. Dealing with EBay doesn't thrill me hopefully it goes to a member here.

Do you have picture of the driver seat?
And when did the odometer break, and how do you know it's 75K miles and not more?
I'm kind of interested in this car because it's nice enough but not so nice that I wouldn't mind my wife damaging.... er, uh, I mean driving it.

Re: 1988 IROC
Sorry, I didn't read close enough. I see it's the trip odo that's stuck, not the primary odo.
Got a picture of the engine bay?

Re: 1988 IROC
Well i'll be hanged, I feel ultra dumb . I saved that photo from the ad when I bought the car. Thats the guys garage, that I know. Said he only owned one? Who knows, might been lying, might be the photo but sure looks like hardtop to me. I will leave it for a short while for others to comment on but please there was no attempt to fool anyone on my part.
This one (and all the others) I took!
