why did they stop working?

Car: 1989 camaro
Engine: 2.8
why did they stop working?

put new speakers in my camaro and they worked fine when i put the wires on them and after screwing them in they dont work. i was running them off the cd deck ( which still works fine or at least turns on).

Just a thought but you might want to check and see if the speaker wire is grounded out on something other than the speaker that might stop them from working

^^^ was thinking the same, check to see if the wires are secure (maybe one slipped out), check to see if any got pinched or anything
