TCC control

I just switched motors in my car and re did a bunch of the vacuum system but I never got to actually finish it myself due to moving so someone else finished it for me. When I picked it up I noticed that the vacuum line for the TCC isnt hooked up to anything. Im assuming that its pretty necessary to get it hooked up. My vacuum canister is totally removed so I am wondering what could I tap the TCC hose into to make it work properly?
