Car: 1991 Trans Am
Engine: 305tbi to 350 carb'd
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: Stock
stalling issue
i have a 91 firebird was 305 tbi now 350 carb when im driving the car suddenly starts to sputter rpms drop than shuts off and it happened a few times i have a gm hei dizzy and i put a new coil in aswell as an ignition module does anyone know what i should look for i put the mallory 4309 fpr in so i dont burn out my elec fuel pump but if anyone has any ideas what to look for lmk thanks
the timing is on the money and the fpr is set at 6.5 psi

6.5psi a little steep for a carb, try backing it down to around 5. What brand carb?
Timing dead on what? Can't set timing to factory spec since swapped to a carb - timing should be somewhere around 10-15*BTDC.

its a edelbrock 600 electric choke my idle is at 700rpm and it runs great except when it sputter and shuts down like it loosing spark
