Just some info here.....If any of you send money and never hear from a seller or receive merchandise do this: 1) Get a copy of the cashed Check or m.o. 2) If it was signed and cashed, forward the copy to the sellers local police or sheriff's dept. 3) Call that same dept. and file a complaint against the individual... A detective "will" be assigned that complaint...It's typical procedure.. The detective has to locate the individual by phone or in person. He presents your evidence to the seller and makes him aware that he has commtted " failure to make required depositon of property in the amount of xx.xx" If the $ figure gets up there it becomes a felony also. This type of action usually takes time and money(copies of funds,emails and postage) but will get better results than going through the USPIS and IFCC. I thought I'd add this info because of my own experiences. Hard lessons learned, huh?
