OMG - what a nice car. Wow. Just swapped my 88 to a T-5. Absolutely love it. My mechanic(has an 87 IROC) said all these guys asked what he was doing to the car. He told them, they couldn't understand why someone would want to do that. He's thinking of doing it to his. Like the wheels.

Very nice ride. I like the interior/exterior colour combo too. Looks really sharp.
PS; Are you the original owner or did you score a really nice find? Love to hear a little background story.

Re: my 87 20th anniv pics.
Here is the story from what I have been told. A family bought the car from Wentworth Chevrolet in Portland Oregon in 1988. The car was a traveler of the Super Chevy Show across America as a demo. During that time GM had put on a little over 6,000 miles in one year.
(The car still has the Super Chevy Sundays license plate cover on it). The dealership sold it for $21,000. The family kept it in a garage and added on another 10,000 miles on it till 2001. Well one day the wife told the husband that he had too many toys and he had to get rid of something if he wanted to get a new Vette. She knew I always had my eye on the car and knew I would take care of it. She sold it to me with 16,000 miles on it for $9,000. Since then I have added 5,000 miles on it in 6 summers. I shouldn't probably drive it as much as I do, but why have something sit in the garage. The only thing I have done to the car is add the wheels to it, and put a lowering kit on it. The stock Gold painted wheels just weren't cutting it for me. I still have them as they don't have a mark on them. I probably won't ever get rid of them.
How do you guys post the big pictures of your car when making a post?

Gorgeous car man. If I could vote I'd give her 5 stars! Its comforting to know that you realize what a gem you have.
As far as posting pics that are not attachments, you need to post pics on a image site and then link to those pics in your post. Some sites that host are photobucket & cardomain.
How about some interior shots?

I will get some more pics up soon. Running a business, taking care of toddler, and summer projects taking a toll on me lately.
