Weather strip help

Need a little help. Got 2 pieces of weather strip that was in the trunk of my 89 vert. After new paint and top have decided that I need to find out where they go. I have not a clue. The part no is GM 5973551 on the left one and GM 5973552 on the rt. Where are they supposed to reside?
