Cooling Discuss all of the aspects of cooling that you can think of! Radiators, transmissions, electric fans, etc.

Has anyone mounted a pusher fan in front of radiator?

Often thought about putting one on the front of the radiator to push air into the radiator. Has anyone done this and what kind of fan setup did you use? Thanks.

I did it a few weeks ago. I used a pusher fan from a 83 daustun Z that has a rock guard built in it. I put it on the passenger side infront of the AM tranny cooler so the fan serves a dual pourpouse, transmission and engine cooling fan. As far as connections and swiches, I just spliced into my AM fan swich, you could splice into your stock fan wires if you have an electric fan.
It only droped the water temp a few * but Im sure the transmission is running a lot cooler. Every bit helps.
