fan sending unit install problems

Hey, if I was going to replace my fan switch with a hypertech 4028 unit, around where on my 88 GTA would I find it? Sounds stupid, but I looked in my useless haynes manual, nothing. Just want to make sure Im not pulling sensors that arent it. Thanks a bunch!
