Lower radiator tray removal and re-attachment

Does anyone know of a reliable way to fabricate a lower radiator tray? Are there pre-made trays that I am not seeing? I have to drop mine due to radiator thickness and I kind of cut mine into about 4 crooked pieces. Any braket would have to fit over a 4" core.

Thanks.
