A/C problem please HELP....

FIRST OFF IM NEW TO THIS CAMARO THING. JUST SHIPPED ONE OF THE 1ST CAR'S I EVER HAD OUT HERE FROM MY HOMETOWN OAKLAND, CA. HERE'S THE A/C PROBLEM: THE AIR WAS BLOWING COOL THEN HOT THE NEXT DAY SO I WENT TO GET THE R-134A KIT TO COVERT FROM R12. fOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I HAD IT I CHECKED UNDER THE HOOD AND THERE WAS NO A/C COMPONENTS WHAT SO EVER. I THOUGHT FOR A SECOND THAT WHEN THE ENGINE WAS REBUILT BACK IN 01' I THOUGHT THEY FOR GOT TO HOOK EVERYTHING BACK UP. bUT NO, IT SEEMS AS THO THE MODEL WASNT MADE WITH A/C AND THE AIR THATS BLOWING IN THE CAR IS FROM OUTSIDE. THIS IS THE FIRST CAR I EVER HAD WITH NO A/C AND IM CLUELESS. IS THERE A KIT OR SOMETHING THAT I CAN GET OR WHAT BECAUSE ITS HOT AS HELL OUT HERE IN gA AND I DONT WANNA RIDE WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN ALL THE TIME. PLEASE HELP IF U CAN

Well if you have no A/C components then you can search for an aftermarket kit.

Frist off, where is gA. I assume Georga. I would get the parts needed off a parts car and switch it over. Most aftermarket AC units dont work very well. You can probably score most of the parts on the message board here.If you are in the Atlanta area there are several pull a part salvage yards.
