T56 Conversion, SLP headers, and Bypassing VATS

Ive been meaning to do some ECM work for a while now, and am just now getting around to it, I just have a few questions...

#1) My security light has been on for as long as I can remember now, although the car starts just fine. I heard that its possible to delete VATS all together from the chip - is this possible? Will it remove my security light?

#2), Ive been running the stock 92' 350 TPI chip for a while now with my T-56 conversion (and 1 3/4" SLP shorties), and while it works, im assuming a chip from a manual car would be better - possibly a C4 with a 6 speed?

#3) Is there anyone on these forums or elsewhere that does custom chips? (hope its not taboo asking this), if not, what equipment is needed to start making my own chips?

Thanks

EDIT: just saw the DIY PROM forum :\
