L69 Trouble Code 41

Hey all, I have a 1983 Z28 L69. I keep getting the code 41 which is 1x Reference which means that the ECM is not getting a signal from the Distributer. I can start the car and it will run if i play with the gas pedal but when i take my foot off the gas it dies. No sputtering just dies. I have replaced my Computer, Ignition Control Module, Cap, Rotor, Plugs, and Wires. I have gone through and checked all the grounds on the body and block and they are all good. No broken or cracked wires and all my fuses are good. Still can not get the car to start. Almost everything is new. I just rebuilt the engine about 9 months ago and its been running great sense then. Even the carb is new (QJet). I was driving the car pretty fast then went to slow down and the thing almost died on me. Got it going again then pulled in my driveway and it would not start after that. Obviously im missing something......HELP!!!!!

Ok thank you very much. That is what a couple other people have told me.
