89 Wiring Harness diagram needed
I have found a wiring diagram for 85 (what I have) and 86-88 wiring harnesses. I have an 86-89 computer and a couple of 89 PROMS, one of which is a $600 dollar custom job. The adapter harness I had built is evidently wrong because once I was able to plug it to a diagnostic mahine it gave the shop a bunch of weird codes (No, I don't have the full list) such as the A/C is on, when it wasn't, and it was running way too lean. I need to get the wiring diagram so I can check everything for myself. I prefer the faster computer for sure.
I will switch to a MAP system as soon as I get the "Legal" info on the swap. I just put my car through smog (Passed by 1 ppm, grrrrr!!!). The smog guy said that there is a kit that is a legal changeover in California.... But until I get the money I would like to modify the adapter harness myself. I would have done it myself to begin with but I didn't have the wiring harness diagrams at the time.....
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!!
