auto to manual in 16147060 pcm

Is this possible? I am new to diy tuning and can't find any flags for manual trans. Could I change the trans settings so the pcm doesn't look for it? I am running the pcm in a Jeep that has a manual trans. The pcm is setting 4 different codes for the trans because it isn't there. Would I be better off changing to a 1227747 pcm? How hard would this be? Would it be a simple pin change? I have searched and can't find any info on this.

Thanks

If at all possible, I'd suggest keeping the 7060. It's a nice PCM. It also has the faste ALDL so you can data log really meaningful info..

As far as the trouble codes, that's just a matter of resetting some diagnostic flags.

If you're using the Tunercat Editor, then writting him, will probably get the addition flags added to the .tdf.
