open loop

good morning,

Can some please let me know if while in forced open loop mode
my spark and pump shot functions still operate as dictated in the .bin?

Also, will changing the stioch A/F ratio in the constants fatten up the open loop fueling?

thx

Jeff

In $6E the spark timing and AE will work the same in open loop as closed loop.

Changing the stoich AFR value will be an across the board change in the commanded AFR. That is while in open loop.

Re: open loop

COuple comments. I was playing with this. I tried changing the AFR in the constant and it was extreme fueling. Going down was super rich even 14.2 range. What I found that worked a better was leaving teh 14.7 alone and tweaking the mv switch points.

I left mine stock and teh 14.7 and works fine but I can see at idle I might some minor tweak to the mv. I was trying to see if I kept mv stock, and just changed the 14.7 to 14.2 to compensate for e10 would it matter.
