Cold start for $32B

Hi there, I have an 86 Camaro with a ZZ4 350, TPIS mini ram, 24lb Bosch injectors and a tremic TKO 5speed. I got a tune built off an ACXZ bin file which is a $32B. I just want to know how I can richen up my cold starts as the 9th injector is deleted and I need to crank a few times when the engine is cold but fires up perfect when it warm. $32B doesn't have as many tables as $6E so I was wondering how I can get a better cold start?

Re: Cold start for $32B

Increasing this value will increase cranking fuel:

LC36C: FDB 6554 ; Scale Factor for Max Crk P.W.

May need to reduce the fuel at warmer engine temperatures via this table:

LC36E: ; CRANK FUEL vs COOLANT Temp.

There is also after start enrich tables that will help on a cold engine.

Have you considered going to $6E? Seems that those who did were happy with the results.

RBob.

Re: Cold start for $32B

For some reason every time I tried a $6E the cold running of the car was horrible until it warmed up for about 10-15mins so I decided to stay with a $32B because the car ran really good with the stock prom from an 87 5speed. That's why I decided to go with that as a starting bin.
I am not to familiar with what you mean by: LC36C, FDB 6554; and LC36E?
Could I not just adjust the crank fuel vs coolant temp and that's it?

Re: Cold start for $32B

Hi there, I actually just tried to increase the cold values in the crank pulse width vs coolant temp by about 15% and the thing starts up perfect now when it's cold. Thanks.
