Anyone know a simple way to do this ?

To bypass the "turn off foglamps while highbeams are on" feature ? Is there a relay under the dash that I could bypass... or anything like that ? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Its simple, really. What happens is, when you turn the fog lights on, with the low beams on, the fog light relay grounds out through the High Beam light bulb. When "high beam" is selected, voltage is backfed into the fog light relay, and two voltage sources equal no current flow (remember, you need a Positive AND Negative), so the relay de-energizes. Just take the Light Green wire from the relay and put it straight to ground. Don't forget to tape up the other half of the wire (the half going to the High beam circuit) or you will keep triping the circuit breaker.

I tried looking for it under the hood and under the dash, but no success so far. Where could it be hiding ?

It is under the dash, just to the left of the brake light switch.

My fog light relay is attached to the driver side fender, near the FP, MAF, and MAF burn-off relays. Dont know if your 92 is the same.

In '90, the relay moved inside. The fog light relay disables the fog lights when the high beams are turned on, so it will click "on" when the parking lights are turned on & then will click "off" when the high beams are turned on.
