Volt meter issue

Ok

I changed my Alternator and battery and the problem seems to still be there.

At night with lights, radio, A/C or Heat on, the volt meter lowers from half to 1/3 or so. It seems to be drawing alot of current. Making even the turning signals blink slowly and so on.

Now when I add gas (raising idle) or while driving the volt meter goes up, when I release the gas or come to a stop and lower the idle back to 650 700 idle, the volt meter lowers again. Its not ready to die out or anything, just enough to cause concern.

The last GTA I had when this was happening, I changed my ALt, problem solved, this time it didn't work...

Would raising the Idle or anything help? Any ideas?

Slow turn signals and the like are normal for a vehicle with heavy accessory load at idle in drive in traffic, or any low rpm condition. GM has several customer education bulletins reference to this problem. GM addressed this issue with the later CS130D gen. The D has a more aggressive charging curve at low rpm.
