Cost for an Ignition coil

After much research on this board over the symptoms my GTA is displaying I have narrowed the issue down to a handful of things; one of those being a ignition coil. Since I am pressed for time these days I am looking at having to take it to a shop to change it. My question is about how much am I looking at to get a new ignition coil installed?

Too much. Do it yourself in 10 minutes and be done with it.

Re: Cost for an Ignition coil

have you checked the ign. module?its located underneath the distributor cap and not very hard to get to if you have the tools in front of you.I have ran across this problem too many times.Anyway,if you need a coil, let me know because I have 3 of them that are known to be good. You pay shipping cost and one is yours. Thanks,Tim
