Up for sale is a set of modified Edelbrock valve covers. The modified part is that I ground down the sleeves where the bolts pass through the cover so that the covers would actually fit on my 1989 Formula. Prior to that, the cover sat about 1/4 inch above the cylinder head. I also modified the PCV hole so that it is slightly smaller. I cut a spot face into the inner side of the hole and used aircraft epoxy paste to bond in a piece of 7075-T6 aluminum that has a smaller hole cut into it. The purpose of this mod was so that the stock PCV grommets would fit into the Edelbrock head. Lastly, in order to install the valve cover with stock style gaskets, I had to use RTV to hold them in place and they are still there. They are taller than stock for aftermarket rockers. I decided against using them after all that because they were such a pain to install. Had I not decided to keep the AIR system on my car, it wouldn't have been a problem. Sorry. I didn't realize I had a reply because I changed my email. All things considered (the work I put into them to make them fit a stock TPI engine, but also the fact that they aren't fresh out of the box), I'll take $75 for them, which is something like $55 less than they list for (I don't remember exactly.) Make me an offer and we'll work something out. I'm deploying for in a few days for about a month, just so you know.
