I bought this long block for a spare motor just to have around for any future project cars. Due to financial problems I need to sell some parts. So here is what I know about it. I bought it from a guy who was parting out an 88 or 89 GTA I cant remember wich that was hit in the rear. He said it has around 56,000 original miles. He pulled the heads off to check it out and put new head gaskets on at that time. It will need the rockers re-adjusted. It has been sitting around in the garage out of the weather but it does have a little surface rust on the intake ports and on the lifter retainer. It will come off really easily with some light sandpaper. I will not ship this and no trades, I need the cash. It can be picked up in Lost Nation, IA. 500.00 obo. Thanks.
