Re: T56 (LS style), brand new steel crank, and pistons!
I'm interested in the transmission if it will work with our torq tube. I can change the bell housing to one for the LT1 and that will bolt to the 350 right?

Re: T56 (LS style), brand new steel crank, and pistons!
the shop that rebuilt the transmission was lamotta performance its on 17-92 in winter park (its a good shop)
to put it behind a 350 you can get an adapter plate from thegearbox.org, they cost $192 or you can change the front plat and input shaft, but thats more expensive, with the adapter plate you can use thirdgen clutch slave/master cylinders and a t5 bellhousing...
thank you

partbin321the synchros are stock replacement, he simply put a master overhaul kit, so its all new in there, the only real modification is the steel shift fork, which does a great deal to improve the durability of the transmission.
thank you
