Putting Turbo 350 tranny in
I have just recently put a turbo 350 tranny on the back of my 327 in my 86 Firebird and I bought the b&m changeover kit for it, but I was wondering if anybody knows if there is a tailhousing for the tranny I can get that is all ready for the torque arm or am I just going to have live with the changeover kit?

75-80 chevy monza's etc used a short shaft th350 with a torque arm. Looks like this. There's 3 mounting holes along the bottom of the tailhousing but would require fabing a bracket to extend back to the stock torque arm. They usually sell for $40-$50 on ebay if you can find one.

If you find an '82/'83 short housing torque arm & drive shaft, you won't have to fab anything.
(Sorry, I let mine go when I had the parts car hulk hauled away.)
