Motor mounts are the same; use the ones you have.
It'll bolt right up to your transmission. You'll need to use a 454 flex plate or flywheel, whichever is appropriate to your car.
Exhaust will be the first big obstacle you'll face.
Accessories on the front of the motor will be the next.
Weight will be the next.
Not insurmountable by any means; but not just a trivial drop-in either.
Then of course, there's the fact that it will be a 8:1 smogger pig that will make AT BEST about 275 HP and get about 6 miles per gallon if you keep your foot out of it. Not the most exciting sample of big-block engineering out there.

What has been said is all true about the smog engine and swap.Thing is if you want to go threw and rebuild it,the heads are one of the most limiting factors and it will cost alot more to turn it into a performance B.B.C.
The torque output given the dollars spent is going to be greater. Now if you where to pass on the 454 and find a 427 truck tall block(most think of them as boat anchors)and stroke that-the torque output on that is almost amazing.650 to 700 ft pounds no problem with the right heads and parts.
Still it is the same story as it has been all along-How fast do you want to go,how much do you want to spend??.
