1991 corvette TPI ENGINE
I have a chance to purchase a 91 corvette TPI engine. My question will my stock 305 TPI engine harness work?

Yes. Reuse mostly everything from the 305 except the knock sensor, ignition control module, and injectors. Then get a prom for the 350. You can keep the compuer itself but the memcal/prom needs to be correct for the 350 injectors.

Good add. Speaking of aluminum heads...the lower intake manifold have egr differences. Either plumb an egr tube from an exhaust manifold/header or delete the egr using the corvette manifold. OR use your cars original manifold and oval out the center bolts to the heads because the bolt holes are on a different angles.

Re: 1991 corvette TPI ENGINE
Thank y'all for the information. I plan on doing emission delete and EGR delete. I knew of the PROM swap, but no clue about the spark knockers. It will come with intake and, runners, and plenum, etc. It will also come with the accessories and pulleys and so on. Another question does the corvette bracket setup work in our Camaros, or would I need to swap my setup from my Camaro?

I believe they are different. I could be wrong. I believe the bolt holes on the heads are the same and its super easy to reuse the camaro's belt drive.

They may be the same pan but if you use the fbody one it will be guaranteed to fit both engine and chassis. Check dimensions when you have it and it could be the same.

Re: 1991 corvette TPI ENGINE
Also, just throwing this out there - the corvette lower TPI intake manifold is different because it has another coolant crossover in the rear (the camaro intake has only one crossover in the front). This rear coolant crossover is supposed to help minimize hot spots in the aluminum heads.
Since you were switching to aluminum heads, I thought you'd like to know this too.

I'm actually replacing the L98 in my 1992 Formula 350 with a 44,000 mile 1991 L98. Good info

Use the factory Serp-belt system. You will have to drill and tap 1 hole in the pass head for the F-car serp setup and pulleys.
F-car oil pan and pickup.
You can just put a plug in the rear intake coolant port. Wont hurt it at all.
A few sensors on the heads/block are in different locations than the F-car stuff. Just move the vet stuff to the fcar spots and go.
I'm pointing to the hole that needs to be drilled.
