swapping from 305 to 350 tpi
i was wondering would the stock ecm and chip from a 86 305 tpi be sufficient enough to run 350 with 24# injectors and afpr. If not what r some suggestion?

It will run it okay, but forget the 24# injectors - too big unless the 350 and the TPI are absolutely maxed out. The AFPR will allow the 19# injectors to work fine, although 22# (what the factory used on 350 TPIs) would run at a lower pressure.
Eventually, a custom programed chip would get more performance out of the engine, but that's true with the 305 as well.
Porting the plenum and base would help the 350 breathe a little easier. Shorter and bigger runners would allow it to run at higher RPMs.
