How do you "break" glasspacks?

How do you "break" glasspacks?

I know i'm geting question happy.

What does this mean and what will breaking the glass do?

What the hell are you talking about? It's fiberglass inside of glasspacks. It's not like you can actually break it.

Yeah, don't worry about them breaking. Get a glasspack and you won't regret it.

what is meant by that is blowing them out or burning them out
When you get your glass pack, before you put it on run gasoline through it. Then drive it in the ground so it stands up.
The throw a burning match down inside of it. This will cause the galss pack to sound more like a glasspack sooner!

Thats also called blowing them up. Let it break in on its own... its not worth the trip to the hospital.

run the for awhile get the mufflers hot. Then with cold water from a garden house out the water in the tail pipe. Let water get to muffler and turn off water. start car.
