What kind of headers will make this system work on our cars, and has anyone tried this before?

2.25" pipe I wouldn't waste my time!
I would get a jegs/summit x-pipe setup and run your mufflers of choice...of course you would have to connect your headers/manifolds...If you have long tubes I used the s-pipes and then ran the said setup...
