i'm selling a 1985 Trans Am with a 305 TPI. It has a brand new engine block. The old one had a bad camshaft and so i did a swap. It's white and is in need of some body work and a new paint job. The inside is really nice for being as old as it is. It has a 350 turbo transmission with a B&M shifter. The transmission was rebuilt and has less than 500 miles on it. All 4 tires are brand new. It's missing the side fender louvers. looking for $2000 OBO

this car is still just sitting around. i am looking for $1800 for it. it hasd a brand new remaned block and heads and i was told when i bought the car that it has just recently had the transmission rebuilt but i can't confirm that. if i can get around $900 for the engine and transmission i will part the rest of the car out. i'm located in Big Rapids Michigan, 49346.

$1500 anybody? i'm pretty sure that the distributer should be reset in the block and might need a couple new spark plugs and it should run. i have it stored for the winter and don't have a spot to work on it. i really need to get at least $1500 for it. would even be a good starter car to put a 350 in. i will try t get pictures up within the next week.

body condition is not too important but drivetrain must be strong or only have a semi-simple thing wrong, something that would take too much time or money to fix. i'm looking for something that will get at least 20 miles per gallon.

I have a 93 probe gt atx ill trade you it has the jap. klze but has klde intake due to egr. Needs a convertor lockup valve which is easy just swap out valve bodies and axel seal. Has a few dents and side skirt is cracked. will trade plus $$ if interested. I had a 91 firebird and got screwed out of having it so i would love to have another one. I live in louisville ky

you said it has the jap. klze but has kld intake due to the egr. what is that? how much would a lock up valve be? how many miles are on the engine and tranny? have either ever had work done on them and if so what? my email addrss is bbullsj@hotmail.com if you could send pictures that would be great.

It came with the jap.klze motor which is rated at 200hp while the american klde is at 164hp i had to have it inspected at the dot office and they said the since it has a jap motor in it, it dosn't have a egr system on it. So all I did was put on a american standard intake which has the egr on it. It has a custom exhaust with a flowmaster either 40 or super 40 I cant remember,has nice stanless 3" tip nothing huge and it has a unique sound and not ***** ive been asked if I have a bmw m3 motor in it many times. I had a mazda millenia transmission put in 2 months ago to improve gear ratio and gas milage she will give 24 city and 28 hwy. Motor has less than 80,000 on it but body milage is around 140,000 and tranny was certified rebuilt in 2004 by mazda. As for the valve body you can just replace it from any 1993-2001 ford probe, mazda mx6, mazda 626, or mazda millenia just make sure you get it with a warrnty just in case it is bad but if you want you could put in another tranny the one i got from the millenia was 64.00 with warrenty from a u pull it it took less than 8 hours to do for me. If you want i can take some pictures tomorrow since it is too dark now. let me know if you are interested.
