Sup guys,
Listing up my 82. The motor is likely blown. Not sure if it's an intake or head gasket that blew. The oil is milky, but the radiator is clean.
Black and gold
Hardtop
350 swap
4-speed row your own
Under/floors look in great shape, I have pics.
~107,000 miles on the body.
Make an offer. Looking to sell as I got my 83 running again and need the money to cover what I put into it.
PM or post any questions.

Nothing too extreme, enough for a beginner. Trying to see if I can make a moto viable.

Re: 1982 Trans Am V8 M4
Did the m4 use a z bar setup with no hydraulics? Either way i'm interested. I'm sure I can drill a hole through the firewall easily enough?
Are these transmissions stronger than the t5? I'm guessing they can be built to handle the power.

Yeah. The M4s used Z-bars. It broke before. I had it repaired with a pipe welded around it. Worked out pretty good.
I don't know how much they could handle. Haven't looked into it far enough.
As far as drilling a hole in the firewall, I know people do that when converting from auto to manual if that's what you meant.

Re: 1982 Trans Am V8 M4
I figured i'd have to drill a hole if I wanted to mount a master cylinder and put in hydraulics ever, but I don't know. I never saw a car like yours. IIRC the muncies can be built, but they break too.
If it's still around in a couple weeks i'll come look at it and hopefully buy it. How's the rust? Where in the city are you?
