In February of 2008 I was faced with the big challenge of readying my IROC-Z for my oldest son's wedding in March. He had asked if he and his new bride could leave their wedding reception in the roc. It wasn't surprising he asked, he has loved that great ride since he was six years old and I bought her new. The problem was, the roc had been trapped in our garage for nearly four years after Hurricane Ivan and had not been started in 'lord know when'. While she still looked sweet, there were many significant issues that had to be corrected. In my quest for solutions I came across this great site. I am so thankful I did and I sincerely thank all of you for your ideas, assistance and interest. (The whole story, plus pics of the IROC at the reception, is on my cardomain site if your interested).
Broken & inoperable convertible top frame and worn canvas - FIXED - HERE SHE IS NOW:

Worn & torn leather driver's seat and dingy interior - FIXED - with custom made seat that is a near identical to the other originals; even the diagonal weave fabric is perfect. My guess is only someone like Scott could see the difference. Also, new Chuck Pelton wrapped wheel, new leather GM shifter knob, and some detailing:
Congrats to your son. Thats a nice looking vert!!! I've always felt 3rd gen verts are the best looking verts around! Looking to buy one someday. Is it for sale?? lol
