PICS OF CARS with lowering springs....

Ok I'm thinking of either of these three: eibach sportlines or pro kit...or the BMR lowering springs. Can you guys post pics so I can see the difference between 1 inch and 1 and half inch..in terms of looks. Thanks

Matty....believe me when I say this..I have
been through this 3 seperate times...

You want to lower your car as much as humanly possible. If you don't want it that
low go for the 1.5 drop. otherwise YOU WILL
NOT BE HAPPY. Just trust me on this one.

Check out my car in the thread "Everyone with Lowered Cars". That's my Black Camaro. That
is about a 2.5 drop. Now imagine the car with a 2' or even a 1' drop....ughhhhh ugly!!

Their would be that unsightly gap in the wheel well.

Just my .02.

I don't know about going "as low as possible". I don't think it is a good idea. It is supposed to mess up all sorts of suspension geometry. I put the intrax 2" drop and can't wait to take them out and put the 1" eibach pro-kit springs in. Just my $.02.. the drop seems cool at first, but remember, you have to drive your car too. And creeping over speed bumps gets tiring. I want my car to handle as well as possible, and I don't think a 2" drop accomplishes that.

This is with Jamex springs and 16" wheels. This is about a .75-1.25" drop. The front did not drop as much because of a lot of aluminum motor parts and fiberglass hood.

There are a lot of opinions on this and mine is 1.5" drop is plenty for a daily driver. I am not disagreeing with other people just voicing my view.

Hey Chuck,
That's a clean looking car! Love that paint
color. What color is that?

It is a Ford color called Toreador Red. I found a new color I like even more, it is a Dodge color called Ruby Red Pearl Coat. That is what I am painting the IROC.
