Not sure what the other tracks used, but the only Pace Cars of value are the Indy Pace Cars and Daytona Pace Cars. Even the Daytona cars don't carry as much weight as Indy cars, so beyond that, who knows. There were some used, but there wouldn't be much if any documentation.

Re: 89 iroc pace car?
Actually, it was quite common to see IROC/Z28s used to pace smaller NASCAR tracks through-out the Southeast during the 80s and 90s. They were provided by the local Chevy dealership to show-case the new Camaros to racing fans who would hopefully buy them. Of course, the dealership had his name plastered all over the car just as sponsers are on todays Sprint Cup cars. In short, a rolling billboard/advertisement. I remember seeing them at NASCAR tracks such as Charlotte, Rockingham, N. Wilksboro in NC, Darlington in SC as well as Martinsville and Richmond in VA.
However, just as Scott said, unless they have extensive documentation, they don't have much value today. I saw a bunch of them during that era and it never crossed my mind to get photos. Oh well ........

Something like this you mean?
From the filming of Days of Thunder. Movie came out in the summer of 1990, so this is from probably late 89' or very early 90'. The track is Phoenix International Raceway.
