This was taken from I believe a 2000 T/A. It is for driver side. Will fit any year fbody 82-03. It is in great working condition and comes with tracks and motor assembly, all ready to bolt up to your seat, supply power and you're ready to go. $100 shipped.

No, does not include the switch. The reason I'm not using it is I'm 6'6", and when I installed my 4th gen seats, the power tracks made the seat sit up about half an inch higher than the manual tracks, and my head was hitting the roof, so I put the manual tracks back on. They work fine, and are ready to plug right into your setup, but I need to keep the switches because they act as a trim piece on my seat; sorry. I think I do have the black plastic trim pieces that mount on top of the power tracks to cover some of the hardware, and I'll throw those in; I think I know right where they are.
