The T-Top Sun Visors were mint for 20+ years old. I described them as that - no rips, no tares, not faded, and for a black interior they were a deep charcoal cloth, but they are a used part and not perfect. Selling price was $35.00 (My opinion was that price was cheep for hard to find t-top visors in as good of condition) + $15.00 shipping to Canada (Again as cheep as I could). I asked for her complete shipping address and phone number (All of my customs forms required the phone number. She refused to give me her phone number. I tried to convince her it was required. As I'm handicapped it is very hard for me to get to the post office to send them without a phone number, and I tried to convince her of those facts. Still no phone number - so I paid a friend $10.00 to take the package to the post office and send it from there for me. Two days later she sent me her phone number - well to late as they were shipped, and an extra $10.00 was paid. About ten days later she PM's me that she thought she was buying T-Top insert shades and wanted to ship these Visors back. I returned her email with the fact that the Sun Visors were described only as Sunvisors and not insert shades. I did have a set of T-Top Insert Shades, but they were $30.00 more money (Because the T-Top insert shades were much rare I knew that even at $65.00 a pair for insert shades, they were near perfect for 20+ years - good price.

Next she emailed back and said she didn't want those either. I wrote her back to state that used parts were not sold/not warranted for a customer who does not know what they want. Used parts are used. Then she complained that the Visors were a faded red/brown and smelled of ciggarette smoke. They were as near to solid perfect color dark charcoal/black as any to be found. So now use woolite or another simular cleener to get the smoke smell out. I do not know who has or has not smoked in a 20+ year old car - be lucky to get them that way. Used parts are used parts -

Oh, Im not going to get into the He said She said BS. So I copied all of my PM's sent to this seller. As you will clearly see, this is what transpired, not what he posted in my rating. PS I still have the visors, in the box.
~I asked for pictures (his camera was missing a part) was ASSURED they were in great condition.
~ Gave my phone number when asked for it (I blacked it out :P)
~ Tried for over a month to settle this decently, guess that failed.

So now I have a negative feedback from a seller who twisted the facts. Sigh. I did everything I could to try and solve this, and he only gave me negative feedback AFTER I posted up in the public forum telling people of the sale, and after I gave him negative becuase I was ignored for over 2 months. My negaitve rating is his retaliation, he has no basis for this feedback, he would have been out no money and could have resold the part later. I would have payed the 30 some bucks for shipping (both ways) which I was willing to do, for a peaceful resolution. I didn't think a refund of 50 bucks was that much of a problem, especially becuase I was willing to pay shipping back, so he was out not a dime.

Oh and I will post a pic of the Visor beside my 20yo, Perfect GTA BLACK sun visors. Id let ya smell them if I could, honestly I dont smoke, and I would NEVER put those in my car, they would make the whole vehicle smell. That to me is not a perfect visor.
