ive been meaning to do this for almost a year now, but i just renewed http://www.swapls1.com/ (nothing there yet)
im just trying to get a list of basic questions of where i should start from.
if any of you want to type up some info or something, just post a question or reply here.. obviously i'll give credit if you post up some info (if you dont want your LS1tech name for the credit, post up yours with the info... lol)
when im done, i hope to have a useful info filled site that can answer most common questions completely... something that you can link people to for the common stuff, and maybe even cut down on the repetition here...
also if you dont agree with what i say (crainholio) then post up what you have to say and i'll include that too...
complete articles you wrote or something like that is also a plus... if you'd rather email me, my addy is MrDude_1@excite.com put "LS1 info" in the subject line so i dont think its spam....

What are the required parts?
How do you notch the k-member if you don't go tubular?
How does teh fuel system work, evap, etc.
What is required to make the gauges work correctly?
How do I delete VATS?
What headers will work?
Where can I get XXX wiring diagram?
I'm sure I can think of a ton more than have been asked, but I dont want to sit here all day and think about it, lol.
If you need any help setting it up let me know, I'm pretty good with that there interweb. And you've been a ton of help to me in the swap

if anyone wants to write some answers out and send them to me, that would be cool... even if we answer the same question twice, it would be nice to have more then one view/opinion... im a pretty opinionated person, so im sure some of my opinions will work their way in... even though im trying not to make it bias... a 2nd view would be great.

Is this also going to have a complete swap guide along with the FAQ?
I think we can all agree the ls1 swap guide is a bit long winded with lots of info that's not always correct. If i had already done the swap I would have done this also.
