It was beautiful, that sense of accomplishment after months of money saving and hard work. She just popped right off like that LT1 was meant to be there. Thanks everyone for all your help. Hours and hours of reading all your posts truly helped me prepare for the swap. Here are a few pics of the swap... I didn't take any of tonights getting it started, but i will put some up just as soon i take them. Looken good... its got potential Gettin better! looken clean Little more wires and some things... no big deal... Now its just a big huge cluster of crap... but we'll clean it up and make it look nice.

Thanks alot guys! I was hoping someone would like that engine bay.. We stripped it down and had it sand blasted. I know it all costs money, but I was set on wanting that engine bay spotless. sadly the rest of the car is not painted yet.. i just got a little motor crazy there for a while, I had to hear it start.. once we get the loose ends tied up in the engine bay, then its back to the paint! Hopefully this weekend will give me some time to clean it up some and then I'll get some good pics.

Beautiful paint on the engine bay. If you pay as much attention to detail on the car as you are to the engine and engine bay it'll be a show stopper for sure... NICE

Man it looks awesome. I just picked up another camaro so I will be doing the same man. Take it all apart and work on it piece by piece. Good luck with the ride man she is looking great.
