ls1/t56 + 4th gen interior completed VIDEO of first startup

Well its just about done, gotta wrap up the interior but thats minor. First startup was amazing, like music to my ears, should be pretty sick fast Cant wait to take it to the streetz and to the strip and see how she runs. Gotta love Borla

Nice stuff there. Ya take your time break in the clutch... Its hard as hell not to romp the snot out of it but if it glazes ( galls I giess in your case ) your toast.

What dia cat back are you running? Your set up is practically I dentical to mine save for the cam... and ya your cam is a monster no doubt. I'm on a 224 112. What gear you running? Just curious to see so we can compare times when we get them and see what you gain from the big cam.

New Pix**

Motor is 100% done, just needs a little minor tuning. Interior is just about done, just finished my custom homemade Autometer gauge cluster, so hotttt, cuz i gave up on the stock gauges, half of them worked and the other half i am ashamed to say i couldnt get to work, i never give up but this is way hotter anyway  LEDs for blinkers and check engine light, cut and reworked dash to make them fit exactly in stock location and angle tward the driver. and the blue LEDs in the C2 gauges are amazing. well heres some pix.

Sounds very healthy. Great job on everything. Hopefully I'll have an LS1/T56 in mine someday.

Re: ls1/t56 + 4th gen interior completed VIDEO of first startup

The actual mounting of the dash and center console is virtually bolt in, it literal takes about an hour after you rip your old dash out. 3 bolts right by the windshield line up, the 2 steering shaft bolts mount exactly the same and hold the bottom of the dash in place, and the center console bolts exactly where the other one does thru the arm rest, then their are 2 bolts for the front where the console meets the dash, i couldnt believe how simple it was. The hard part is the wiring for some, wirign for me is a sinch, especially with the autometer gauges.

The hard part is the wiring for some
Only for those that dont really try it. Anyone who has put in some effort and done simple things like label every wire and connect them one at a time has had success. I couldn't agree more the wiring is not that difficult

so your saying i should just rip mine out and label the wires... and all the gauges and the heater air headlight controls will plug into the new one?

im just scared that i will lose some functions and i want everything to work like stock
