That's what I'm wondering. I've a harwood 3" cowl hood, but I can't be sure until I actually test fit everything.
I'm still getting WAYYYY ahead of myself since my first LS conversion isn't even started. The truck stuff would be a 5.3 in my '89 IROC and I'm a long way from even thinking about that car.

So is there any info on what size cowl is needed to clear the alt? I searched, but nothing solid. Someones gotta know by know I'd assume!
