My '91 RS. Its my baby!

Here's a few pics of my '91 RS. They were taken with my cell phone so not the best, my buddy hasn't uploaded the ones he took with his camera.. lazy i guess lol. But this is what she looks before i start doing some more add-ons. Just having a hard time finding a new or nice bottom front bumper mine is cracked from previous owner.

Lemme know what you think, i have better pictures coming

Nice looking RS! I would paint the headlight pockets flat black though.

You might as well just repair that spoiler, that's what I've done in the past with great results. Great looking car though.

Re: My '91 RS. Its my baby!

Thx guys.
yea i was thinking about repairing it myself. But the bottom and inside of my front fender is pretty messed up.
And yea not too many around with the same color, which is what i like.
And flat black? Maybe ill go glossy black once i put my 350 in and grab some racing stripes. I love the headlight pocket color being black, but i dont have any black on my car yet.

They actually look good bro! I like how your hood stripes are. Almost like a IROC hood w/o vents. Gives me an idea of what mine will look like, just more of a stripe distant since i want mine on the entire car. But i like your look.

Re: My '91 RS. Its my baby!

88_thirdgen, would you mind maybe telling me about your suspension and wheel/tire set up. There is a guy here in town selling a set of those C6 wheels (18x8.5 fronts, 19x10 rears). Along with the wheels come 2" adapters. Like many, i dont care much for wheels that stick out, and i love a good clean drop on a car. Your drop, and wheel set up is SICK! Your fronts are tucked just a tad, and the rears sit nice and flush! Are you running a 4th gen rear? What size adapters? Any other modifications you had to do? What about the ride, and any rubbing? Again, your stance is sick dude!! And if i can pull it off and get it to look right, i would buy the wheels in a heart beat!

my wheels are oem corvette c6 18x8.5 front and 19x10 rears....my suspesion set up is new shocks and struts cant remember the brand but they are red.... and i have eibach sportlines.... the two front coils were cut about a quarter of a coil.... got the idea from a member on this board pearl_iroc..... and the rears were just left alone..... as far as the sapcers go they are 2" up front and 2.25" out back.. the only modifications i had to do were just hit in with a hammer the rear inner fender well and then just paint it with some black paint..... and my rear end is a stock third gen rear........ and i have no rubbing issues what so ever in the front or back...... even with the wheels at full lock to the left or right i dont rub.... ride quality isnt that bad its rough but its worth it.... and you need to drive at an angle when going up driveways but again its worth it.........
i love these rims and if i was you i would just get them they go real good with the body style of thirdgens..

I love the look of your car! Love the color and Im going to be the odd ball and say leave the headlight pockets body color. May look like too much black when you do put the stripes on.
